If you would like to have more control over the video then follow these directions...
Right mouse click on the link just under the video playing above and select "Save Target As..."
Select a directory you would like to save the file to and click "Save".
Open up Windows Explorer and double click on the file to play it.
How to control the video...
"Ctrl + Enter" = Press the "Ctrl" key while pressing "Enter" to Play/Stop video.
"Ctrl + R" = Press the "Ctrl" key while pressing "R" to Rewind video to the beginning.
"Ctrl + ->" = Press and hold the "Ctrl" key while pressing the right arrow key "->" to Step Forward One Frame.
"Ctrl + <-" = Press and hold the "Ctrl" key while pressing the left arrow key "<-" to Step Back One Frame.
